Weight Loss and Me

I wish I had better news for this post, but honestly, things are not going well. After an initial good start, and hitting five pounds loss right on target for my July 4th goal, I’ve popped right back up to two pounds under where I started. Nothing seems to work, and I have indeed changed my diet and increased my activity.

This is starting to get personal, as they say! I’m not giving up, even though it’s apparently going to take me a lot longer than planned to get to where I want to be.
