Will I? Won’t I?

My plan for today – and I’m writing it down in hopes that I’ll be more likely to follow through – is to stop procrastinating and start (RE-start) that Couch-to-5K exercise program. I tried it a few years ago and stopped because of shin splints, but I have better shoes and therefore better hopes now.

Of course, I have a full day of work class plus a couple of hours of piano accompaniment for a student recital to get through before I’ll be home and ready to try my resolve. There’s no time like the present, though, right?
