IDRS 2012 Day 5, part 2
The day began with a drive back to Columbus (remember Graeter’s Ice Cream?!?) and an afternoon spent with Stephanie Stuckwisch, a violinist from Mount Holyoke College. We had lunch, saw her horses, then drove around Columbus and got nicely lost in the process 🙂 Mostly, we told stories and laughed a lot. We both agreed that we had huge fun, and she already plans to take me to one of the local national parks when I come back next year. (Never mind how on earth I’m going to be able to do that!!)
Once the day was sadly coming to a close, I said goodbye to her at her house and headed out for the two hour drive to Independence, Ohio, south of Cleveland. Traffic was particularly heavy and slow on the beltway around Columbus, but once I successfully got off of that it was an easy trip. Then it was dinner at Winking Lizard and relax in the room for the last night of the trip!
